With a market capitalization of Rs. 7,534 crores, the shares of Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd is trading at Rs. 322.65, down by 3.72 percent from its previous closing price of Rs. 335.10.
Q1FY26 Results
Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd reported Rs. 1,762 crores in revenue for the first quarter of FY26, a notable increase of 92.57 percent over the Rs. 915 crores for the same period in FY25. However, from Rs. 2,519 crores in Q4 FY25, revenue decreased by about 30 percent sequentially.
The EBITDA of the company was Rs. 102 crores in Q1FY26, which has increased by 176 percent when compared to Rs. 37 crores in Q1FY25. However, it has decreased by 12 percent QoQ from Rs. 116 crores in Q4FY25.
The net profit for the first quarter of FY26 was Rs. 39 crores, which was 29 percent lower than the Rs. 55 crores reported in the previous quarter and 680 percent higher year over year than the Rs. 5 crores in Q1 FY25.
Profit growth was also reflected in earnings per share (EPS), which increased to approximately Rs. 1.37 in Q1 FY26 from Rs. 0.18 in Q1 FY25 and decreased from Rs. 2.37 in Q4 FY25.
