During Friday’s trading session, shares of one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of best quality dyes intermediate (H-Acid) in India hit a 20 percent upper circuit at Rs. 144.8 on BSE, after reporting Q2 FY26 financial results with a revenue growth of around 207 percent QoQ and 105 percent YoY.

With a market cap of Rs. 63 crores, shares of Shree Hari Chemicals Export Limited closed in the green at Rs. 141.65 on BSE, up by around 17.4 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 120.7. The stock has delivered positive returns of more than 30 percent in one year, and has gained by around 51 percent in the last one month.

Shree Hari Chemicals Export Limited announced the financial results for the second quarter of FY26 on Friday after market hours, as per the latest regulatory filings with the BSE.

For Q2 FY26, the company posted a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 74.5 crores, reflecting a sequential rise of around 207 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 24.3 crores in Q1 FY26, and a year-on-year increase of more than 105 percent from Rs. 36.3 crores recorded in Q2 FY25.

During the same period, Shree Hari Chemicals’ net profit stood at Rs. 3.5 crores, representing an impressive turnaround from a loss of Rs. 1.7 crores, as well as a significant growth of around 59 percent YoY from Rs. 2.2 crores.

Shree Hari Chemicals Export Limited is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of the best quality dyes intermediate (H-acid) in India. It is engaged in the business of manufacturing dye intermediates, such as 1-Amino, 8-Napthol and 3-6 Disulphonic Acid.

The company’s product is an intermediate for the dyestuff, mainly reactive dyes, which are being used in cotton textiles. Its products include H-acid, Koch-acid, dye intermediates, acid dyes, reactive dyes and direct dyes.
