But as the market improved, these bets no longer made sense, so traders started exiting them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-closing-bearish-bets-pushes-prices-up\"><strong>Why Closing Bearish Bets Pushes Prices Up<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When traders close their bearish positions, it creates a chain reaction. Market makers large players who provide liquidity need to adjust their positions. To do this, they often buy Bitcoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This buying activity adds upward pressure on prices. In simple terms, when people stop betting against Bitcoin, it can actually help push the price higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-is-this-a-strong-bullish-trend\"><strong>Is This a Strong Bullish Trend?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Interestingly, the current rally is not driven by aggressive buying from bullish traders.
