Anunay Sood, a popular photographer and Dubai-based travel influencer, well known for his global travel content has passed away at the age of 32. The news came via an instagram post on Thursday morning, 6 November 2025, through his family announcement. They have urged his followers to understand their privacy and let them mourn his death peacefully.
The post read:
“It is with deep sadness that we share the news of our beloved Anunay Sood’s passing.
We kindly ask for your understanding and privacy as we navigate this difficult time. We humbly request you to avoid gathering crowd near personal property.
Please keep his family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.

The cause of his death has not been publicly confirmed yet.
Last Instagram Post
His last instagram post suggests that he was spending a weekend in Las Vegas where he attended an automobile event shortly before his death.
He had last shared a video of getting an autograph from the founder of Pagani Automobili, Horacio Pagani, on November 4, captioned “Still can’t believe I spent the weekend surrounded by legends and dream machines.” Comments under his posts have been turned off but fans continue to mourn his death across the platform.

Who was Anunay Sood?
Anunay Sood (1993-2025), was a popular Indian traveller influencer based in Dubai, photographer and a digital content creator. He gained popularity and international recognition from his stunning captures and heartfelt storytelling.
He was born and brought up in Delhi and had a great passion for travelling from a very young age. He left his job as a Pilot and took a bold decision to pursue his dream of becoming a travel influencer.
Over the years, he gained popularity and fame through Instagram and Youtube. He had a loyal fanbase with over 1.4 million followers on Instagram and more than 250k subscribers on Youtube.
He had explored more than 40 countries and had collaborated with renowned tourism boards, airlines and popular global brands like Oppo, Emirates and Samsung. He had been even recognized by Forbes India’s Top 100 Digital creators.
He was admired not only for his breathtaking visuals showcasing his talent but mainly because his way of storytelling was relatable and heartfelt. He used to narrate his travel experience, travel tips and motivated his fans to pursue their dreams.
Gone too soon. It is hard to overcome such an unexpected ending but his legacy continues among the fans through the videos, posts and reels that he shared. His journey may have ended but he remains in our prayers forever.
