Its share price reached an intraday high of \u20b9 1358.85 apiece, against Monday\u2019s closing share price of \u20b9 1276.80 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-3081601304\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>At 1:15 PM, the company\u2019s shares were trading at \u20b9 1311.60 apiece, up 2.73%.&nbsp;<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-revenue\"><strong>Revenue&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4><p>On a consolidated basis, Angel One recorded revenue of \u20b9 831.1 crores in the March quarter of the financial year 2022-23, against \u20b9 759.7 crores in the September quarter, indicating an increase of 27.7% quarter on quarter QoQ.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Its topline came in at \u20b9 3021.1 crores in the financial year 2022-23 against \u20b9 2297.1 crores in the financial year 2021-22, indicating a growth of 31.5% year-on-year (YoY).&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-2773693583\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profit&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4><p>The company\u2019s profit after tax from continuing operations came in at \u20b9 267.0 crores in the latest quarter, against 228.0 crores in the September quarter, indicating an increase of 17.1% quarter on quarter QoQ.&nbsp;<\/p><p>It reported a profit of \u20b9 890.2 crores in the financial year 2022-23 against \u20b9 625.1 crores in the financial year 2021-22, indicating a growth of 42.4% year-on-year (YoY).&nbsp;<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dividend&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4><p>The broking house\u2019s board of directors have recommended a dividend of \u20b9 13.6 per equity share of \u20b9 10 each, as a combination of interim and final dividend, equivalent to 43% of consolidated profit after tax for the quarter.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In another development, the company appointed Amit Majumdar as the Executive Director- Strategic Initiatives. He will be responsible for further strengthening Angel One&#8217;s&nbsp;<\/p><p>position in the fintech industry and accelerating its growth.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Angel One, formerly known as Angel Broking Ltd is one of the largest retail stock broking houses in India, in terms of active clients.
