This includes a final dividend of \u20b9 194 per share and a special dividend of \u20b9 183 per share. It is a small-cap company engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-268949146\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of the above dividend is April 29, 2023. As a result, the register of members will be closed from Saturday, 29th April 2023 to Thursday, 11th May 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of the final and second special dividend for the year 2022.&nbsp;<\/p><p>According to an exchange filing, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/SANOFI\/standalone?defaul=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sanofi<\/a><\/strong> has already paid a one-time special interim dividend of \u20b9 193\/- per equity share on 22nd August 2022.
