The filing mentioned about a meeting the company has scheduled on the 14th of May 2023 and the same is pertaining to the release of Audited Results for the Financial Year ended 2022-2023.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Moreover, the company\u2019s Board will also propose issuance of Bonus shares which would be subject to the required approvals.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Bhansali Engineering Polymers is engaged in the process of manufacturing \u2018Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene\u2019 resins (ABS) and \u2018Styrene Acrylonitrile\u2019 resins (SAN).
