At 12:06 PM, its shares were trading at \u20b9 492.00, up 19.00%.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-1008434268\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/AGI\/standalone?defaul=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AGI Greenpac<\/a><\/strong> manufactures and markets various packaging products including glass containers and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles, products and security caps and closures. It has seven plants in India, located across Telangana, Uttarakhand, and Karnataka and this division caters to 500+ globally acclaimed institutional clients in India. Its other business segments include wind power generation and other activities.\u00a0<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ace-investor-holdings\"><strong>Ace Investor Holdings&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4><p>According to the company\u2019s shareholding pattern, ace investor Ashish Dhawan holds a 4.79% stake or 31,00,000 shares in it. The data also shows that market veteran Sunil Singhania\u2019s Abakkus Emerging Opportunities Fund-1 has a 1.86% stake or 12,06,364 shares in the company.&nbsp;<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quarterly and Annual Results&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4><p>The company delivered a strong performance in the January to March quarter (Q4FY23). Its revenue from operations came in at \u20b9 680 crores, as compared to \u20b9 432 crores in Q4FY23, registering a growth of 58% on a year-on-year (YoY) basis. Its net profit from continued operations stood at \u20b996 crores, registering a growth of 152% on a YoY basis with margins of 14%.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-1704897899\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>It delivered a robust performance for the financial year 2022-23 (FY23). It reported a revenue from operations of \u20b9 2281 crores, up 60% YoY, as compared to \u20b9 1430 crores in FY22. Its net profit rose 114% in FY23 at \u20b9 249 crores with margins of 11%.&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u201cRise in demand for the glass packaging containers from both the non-alcoholic &amp; alcoholic beverage segments and our integrated business model and premium products helped us in delivering sustainable growth for the year,\u201d said Mr Sandip Somany, Chairman and Managing Director, of AGI Greenpac Ltd.&nbsp;<\/p><p>He added that AGI Greenpac is a supply chain partner to various consumer brands including pharmaceuticals, food, non-alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, and perfumery and is focused on creating value for all partners.&nbsp;<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Multibagger Returns&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4><p>The company\u2019s share price has risen from \u20b9 201.05 apiece 10 months ago to \u20b9 \u20b9 492.00 apiece currently, delivering multibagger returns of 144.72%. Therefore, if an investor had invested \u20b9 1 lakh in the company\u2019s shares 10 months ago, the value of their holdings would have been \u20b9 2.44 lakhs today!<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Financials&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4><p>AGI Greenpac is a small-cap company with a market capitalization of \u20b9 2,675 crores.
