The approval granted is subject to the conditions including compliance with all the relevant provisions.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-3900555725\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>SBIFML has been advised by the RBI to acquire the above-mentioned major shareholding in the Bank within a period of six months i.e. by the 15th of November, 2023.
