It further climbed 4.9 per cent to Rs 104.90.<\/p><p>At the NSE, it started the trade at Rs 103, up 3 per cent.<\/p><p>The initial public offering (IPO) of Nexus Select Trust was subscribed 5.45 times on the last day of subscription on Thursday last week.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-2792022946\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>The Rs 3,200-crore share sale had a price band of Rs 95-100 per unit.<\/p><p>The Real Estate Investment Trust is sponsored by Blackstone.<\/p><p>Nexus Select Trust has a portfolio of 17 operational shopping malls, including Delhi&#8217;s premium Select City Walk, across 14 major cities covering a 9.8 million square feet area.
