It registered a revenue of \u20b9 456.91 crores in FY23 against \u20b9 226.09 crores in FY22, translating to an increase of 102.09 percent.&nbsp;<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dividend&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4><p>Aptech\u2019s board declared an interim dividend of \u20b9 6.00 per equity share of face value of \u20b9 10 each for the financial year 2022-23 (i.e., 60 percent of the face value), subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (\u2018AGM\u2019) of the company.&nbsp;<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bonus Issue&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4><p>According to an exchange filing, the company\u2019s board has approved the issue of bonus shares to equity shareholders of the company, in the ratio of 2:5. Therefore, investors will receive two equity shares of \u20b9 10 each for every five existing equity shares of \u20b9 10 each, held as on the record date, subject to the approval of the shareholders. These bonus shares are expected to be credited or dispatched on or before Sunday, July 23, 2023.&nbsp;<\/p><p>With a market capitalization of \u20b9 2001 crores, Aptech is a small cap company. It has a high return on equity of 26.28 percent and is debt free. Moreover, it has a dividend yield of 1.03 percent. Its shares were trading at a price to earnings ratio of 33.27.
