Third, to interchange technological components that interact with several other sectors like telecommunications, space, manufacturing, and investing.<\/p><p>According to a TOI report, India is likely to sign a $3 billion agreement for the purchase of armed drones with US defence.<\/p><p>India has planned to develop combat aircraft with the assistance of US-based General Electric and Hindustan Aeronautics, which will jointly manufacture GE-F414 turbofan engines in India for use in Tejas Mark 2 fighter fighters.<\/p><p>This agreement will benefit the local defence sector, and there will be enough opportunities for indigenization manufacturers.<\/p><p>By collaborating with the US, the Indian government is taking significant steps to diversify its defence equipment portfolio in order to reduce its reliance on Russian systems.&nbsp;<\/p><p>This will eventually help both countries improve their military interoperability and engage in joint research, development, and production of defence equipment.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content-10\" id=\"trade-1243030023\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_3_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"2969612066\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>This action may boost India&#8217;s defence industry to new heights and improve its reputation as a partner in international and regional security.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defence Stocks to Watch<\/h4><p>Chandan Taparia of Motilal Oswal said, &#8220;One can buy shares of\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/MAZDOCK\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/BDL\/standalone?standalone=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bharat Dynamics\u00a0Ltd<\/a><\/strong> or BDL and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/HAL\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hindustan Aeronautics\u00a0Ltd<\/a> <\/strong>or HAL.
