At 03:17 PM, its shares were trading at \u20b9 243.35 apiece, down 8.58%.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-1443996849\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/APTUS\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aptus Value Housing Finance India<\/a><\/strong> is a Home Loan Company. It was formed to address the housing finance needs of self-employed, low and middle-income families primarily from semi-urban and rural areas. The company targets first-time home buyers where the collateral is self-occupied residential property.\u00a0<\/p><p>According to reports, around 90.5 lakh shares of the company or 1.8 percent of its total equity exchanged hands in a large deal. The transaction took place at \u20b9 250 per share, totalling to \u20b9 234 crores. The deal price was at a discount of 6% as compared to Tuesday\u2019s closing price of \u20b9 266.20 apiece, triggering a sharp sell-off, according to analysts. The buyer and sellers were not immediately known.&nbsp;<\/p><p>ICICI Securities has a \u2018buy\u2019 call on the company\u2019s shares with a target price of \u20b9 325.00. This suggests an upside of 33.55% as compared to its share price of \u20b9 243.35 apiece. <\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-2395849459\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>The brokerage believes that with a stable management team and focused approach, 100% in-house operations helping in lowering customer churn and maintaining customer quality, AUM mix driving a steady 17% yield (one of the highest within AHFC space) and tight control on asset quality, Aptus is well positioned to outpace industry AUM growth and sustain industry-leading profitability in the medium term. The company delivered 30% AUM growth and >8% RoA in FY23.\u00a0<\/p><p>Earlier foreign brokerage Morgan Stanley initiated an \u2018overweight\u2019 rating on the stock with a price target of \u20b9 325 per share. It said that the company has significant opportunities outside the top four cities, especially where the disbursal size is less than \u20b9 25 lakhs. Moreover, the\u00a0report stated that the sector is a niche, under-penetrated has a secular growth outlook and is ESG positive.\u00a0<\/p><p>With a market capitalization of \u20b9 13,259 crores, Aptus is a small-cap company. It has an ideal return on equity of 16.08% and a dividend yield of 1.50%.
