It paid \u20b9 90 crores in cash for acquiring the stake.\u00a0<\/p><p>Allen Reinforced Plastics is involved in the design, development, manufacture and testing of composite and allied engineering products for the purpose of defence, aerospace and engineering products like missile &amp; rocket components, underwater applications, marine and submarine, guns and accessories.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company\u2019s promoter directors directly oversee the business operations. Allen Reinforced Plastics reported a turnover of \u20b9 86.1 million in FY21, \u20b9 289.9 million in FY22 and \u20b9 252.1 million in FY23.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3541184184\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>This acquisition by Jaykay Enterprises through its subsidiary is part of the inorganic growth plans of the company in the defence and aerospace sector. Post-acquisition, Allen will become a subsidiary of JK Defence &amp; step-down subsidiary of Jaykay Enterprises.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Jaykay Enterprises has a full-fledged in-house registry and has also diversified itself into real-estate activities, the manufacturing of engineering products across various verticals and the manufacturing of parts and accessories used in the defence and aerospace sector.&nbsp;<\/p><p>With a market capitalization of \u20b9 432 crores, it is a microcap company. It has a low return on equity of 5.38 percent, but an ideal debt-to-equity ratio of 0.18.
