The company\u2019s share price declined by 24.31 percent in the past year.&nbsp;<\/p><p>With a market capitalization of \u20b9 1,357 crores, Shaily Engineering is a small-cap company. It has a low return on equity of 9.15 percent but an ideal debt-to-equity ratio of 0.47. It has a low return on equity of 4.22 percent but an ideal debt-to-equity ratio of 0.02.
