The existing shareholders of the company as on the record date of July 28, 2023, will be eligible for the buyback.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-360407294\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>According to an exchange filing, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/ASHIANA\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ashiana Housing Ltd<\/a><\/strong> will buy back a maximum of 18,27,242 (approximately 18.27 lakh) equity shares of the face value of \u20b9 2 each at a price of \u20b9 301.00. This indicates that the company is offering a premium of 52 percent as compared to its closing share price of \u20b9 198.20 apiece on Wednesday. It added that the aggregate amount of this buyback shall not exceed \u20b9 55 crores.\u00a0<\/p><p>The company\u2019s shares opened at \u20b9 228.00 apiece, which is also its intraday high. At 01:12 PM on Thursday, its shares were trading 8.65 percent higher at \u20b9 215.35 apiece.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Ashiana Housing is a real estate development company.
