Its profit climbed a whopping 208.80 percent to \u20b9 58.61 crores in Q1FY24, as compared to \u20b9 18.98 crores in Q1FY23.&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u201cApart from the operating profits, the company had the benefits of better realisation on gold price movement up to \u20b932 crore,\u201d the Madurai headquartered company said in its earnings release.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-1118141616\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Thangamayil Jewellery Limited operates a chain of retail jewellery stores across several districts in Tamil Nadu, a state that has the largest share (40 percent) of India&#8217;s total gold consumption. It primarily deals with four product lines, i.e., Gold, Silver, Diamonds and Platinum; the sale of gold being a predominant source of its income.&nbsp;<\/p><p>With a market capitalization of \u20b9 2,753 crores, Thangamayil Jewellery is a small-cap company. It has an ideal return on equity of 22.37 percent.
