The company got listed on the bourses on March 23, 2023.\u00a0<\/p><p>According to the bulk deals data available on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Societe Generale bought 2.5 lakh shares of the company at \u20b9 177.00 apiece on Friday, August 18, 2023. This takes the transaction value to \u20b9 4.42 crores.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Global Surfaces debuted on the BSE at \u20b9 163.00 per share and on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at \u20b9 164.00 apiece, at a premium of about 17 percent against an issue price of \u20b9 140. The 155 crore IPO was subscribed 12.21 times on strong demand among non-institutional investors. Moreover, the money will be used to support the company\u2019s goals like growing its product lines and global expansion&nbsp;<\/p><p>With a market capitalization of \u20b9 774 crores, Global Surfaces is a micro-cap company. It has a low return on equity of 12.26 percent and an ideal debt-to-equity ratio of 0.64.
