The acquisition involves complete stake purchase of Liberate Learning Pty Ltd (Australia), Liberate eLearning Pty Ltd (Australia), App-eLearn Pty Ltd (Australia), and Liberate Learning Limited (New Zealand) (hereafter referred to as \u201cLiberate Group\u201d).<\/p><p>The deal is structured as a stock sale in 100% cash transaction of which 65% shareholding of Liberate Group will be acquired on or before September 1st 2023.
