The company added nearly \u20b9 6,000 crore worth of market capitalization this year.\u00a0<\/p><p>So far this year, the share price of Elecon Engineering escalated by 159 per cent from \u20b9 360.95 to \u20b9 935.00 apiece, thereby delivering multibagger returns. If an investor had invested \u20b9 1 lakh in the company\u2019s shares a year ago, the value of their holdings would have been \u20b9 2.59 lakhs today.&nbsp;<\/p><p>As per the company\u2019s latest shareholding pattern, Vijay Kedia holds 20 lakh equity shares or a 1.78 per cent stake in the company. His holdings are worth \u20b9 185.99 lakhs as per the company\u2019s share price of \u20b9 929.95 apiece.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-2758953413\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Elecon Engineering Company designs and manufactures material handling equipment and incraft carriers through the acquisition of Benzlers- Radicon Group belonging to the David Brown Gear Systems.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Nuvama had recently initiated coverage on the company. After the company posted its results for the June quarter, the brokerage said that the management has maintained its consolidated revenue guidance of \u20b9 2,000 crores for the financial year 2024, of which 40 per cent is likely to come from exports.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company had posted a 72.44 per cent increase in its net profit to \u20b9 72.96 crores in the June quarter of the current financial year, against \u20b9 42.31 crores reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Its revenue increased by 26.43 per cent to \u20b9 414.34 crores from \u20b9 327.72 crores, during the same period.&nbsp;<\/p><p>With a market capitalization of \u20b9 10,094 crores, Elecon Engineering is a small-cap company. It has an ideal return on equity of 23.52 per cent and an ideal debt-to-equity ratio of 0.04.
