Its shares settled at \u20b9 65.10 apiece.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-1067310160\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>According to a release by the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), the Government of India is looking to sell a 30.48 percent stake in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/IDBI\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IDBI Bank<\/a><\/strong>, while the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is looking to sell a 30.24 percent stake in the bank, along with management control. Currently, they collectively own a 95 percent stake in the bank.\u00a0<\/p><p>The bids will have to be submitted by October 9, 2023, and the asset valuer will give the fair value of the assets &amp; liabilities of the bank. IDBI Bank&#8217;s investments, loans &amp; advances, deposits, borrowings, and other liabilities will be considered for valuation.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In the past year, IDBI Bank\u2019s share price gained 50.23 percent, as its share price increased from \u20b9 43.30 apiece to \u20b9 65.05.
