We want to be future ready and that is why we are introducing the new tractors,&#8221; he noted.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-1917672486\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>It&#8217;s a mass market range right from trims with fewer features to variants with high-end features like four-wheel drive, to cater to different requirements, Chavan said, when asked to elaborate on the new tractors.<\/p><p>About the investment by the company to develop the new tractors, Chavan said, &#8220;We have invested close to Rs 200 crore on the project.&#8221; The 40-50 HP segment accounts for almost 50 per cent of sales in the domestic tractor industry.<\/p><p>Swaraj rolls out tractors from its two manufacturing plants in Mohali, Punjab.<\/p><p>&#8220;A third plant is also in the offing. It is likely to come up by the third quarter. In the fourth quarter we will operationalise it.
