The mentioned price also marks the company\u2019s new 52-week high level.\u00a0<\/p><p>Such movements in the company\u2019s stock prices were observed after the company, in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) dated 6th September 2023, announced the acquisition of \u201cInteract DX\u201d, a leading digital engagement platform for the BFSI industry.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Interact DX integrates interactive marketing and customer communications to deliver next-gen customer engagement for financial institutions, Insurers, and banks. The above-mentioned transaction is subject to shareholder approval and is expected to be completed by September 30th, 2023.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-944817561\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>In addition to the above, the company proposes a payment of a Final Dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share, i.e., a 25 percent payout compared to the Face Value of Rs 10 per equity share.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Year-to-date, the company\u2019s stock has delivered multibagger returns of around 260 percent, i.e., a 1 Lakh investment into the stock would have converted to Rs 3.60 Lakhs if someone had invested in the company\u2019s stock.&nbsp;<\/p><p>During the recent quarters, the company has marginally improved its financial performance by increasing the operating revenue as well as the bottom line numbers.
