The business has also chosen to reduce the size of its fresh issuance to Rs 180 crore.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-2465155900\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>On September 15, the TPG Capital-backed wires and cables maker will complete its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which also includes an Offer for Sale (OFS).<\/p><p>The firm has lowered its size of fresh issue of equity shares to up to Rs 180 crore From the earlier target of Rs 225 crore,the firm has reduced its size of fresh issue of equity shares to Rs 180 crore.
