During the same period, Net profit has reduced by 15 percent from Rs 2.07 crore to Rs 1.75 crore.&nbsp;<\/p><p>As per the recent financial year, the company&#8217;s margin has decreased to a level where the operating margin is 6.11 percent and the net profit margin is 3.95 percent.&nbsp;<\/p><p>According to the recent shareholding pattern, the promoters hold 70.09 percent of the company, while retail investors hold a 29.91 percent stake.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Wardwizard Innovations &amp; Mobility Ltd, known by the brand name Joy e-bike, is a major vehicle manufacturing company in the Electric Vehicle market.
