The transaction was done at an average price of \u20b9 201 per share which amounted to a value of \u20b9 12.06 crore.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The steel manufacturing company\u2019s share price increased by 116.65 percent, from \u20b9 97.53 to \u20b9 211.30, in a span of one year to deliver multibagger returns. Thus an investment of \u20b9 1 lakh in the company\u2019s shares three years ago would be worth \u20b9 18.07 lakhs today!&nbsp;<\/p><p>With a market capitalization of \u20b9 3,393 crores, JTL Industries is a small-cap company. It has a high return on equity of 28.05 percent and an ideal debt-to-equity ratio of 0.13.
