The market cap of this stock is Rs. 3,365 crore and is 4.3% away from 52 week high; 16.3% and 79.5% from its 20 day and 200 day moving averages respectively.\u00a0<\/p><p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/BOMDYEING\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited<\/a><\/strong> (\u201cBombay Dyeing\u201d) produces and sells polyester staple fiber products in India. The company\u2019s stock is also a multibagger, returning 106% YTD, meaning if you invested Rs. 1 lakh into the company at the start of this year, it would have been worth Rs. 2.06 lakh now.\u00a0<\/p><p>Bombay Dyeing announced in a filing dated 13th September 2023 that the company\u2019s board approved the proposal to sell the land parcel of approx. 22 acre (along with the associated FSI) in Worli, Mumbai to Goisu Realty Private Limited (a subsidiary of Sumitomo Realty &amp; Development Company Limited) in 2 phases, for a total consideration of about Rs. 5,200 crore, subject to approval of its shareholders.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-4029430431\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Upon approval of Shareholders, BDMC will receive about Rs. 4,675 crore from the buyer for Phase-I.
