The project is estimated to be executed within a period of 30 months. He took an entry into the stock recently in the month of March 2023 and, as per the latest quarter data for the June 2023 quarter, he holds 1.30 crore equity shares of the company equating to a 1.68 percent stake.&nbsp;<\/p><p>During the recent financial years, the company\u2019s basic business parameters such as the operating revenues as well as after-tax profits have drastically increased.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The operating revenues of the company rose from Rs 3,397.45 crores during FY21-22 to Rs 4,027.57 crores during FY22-23, and, the after-tax profit figures have more than doubled from Rs 68.88 crores to Rs 178.8 crores keeping the timeframe the same.&nbsp;<\/p><p>As per the shareholding pattern data available for the quarter ending June 2023, the company\u2019s Promoters hold a 39.41 percent stake, and, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) hold a 2.38 percent stake in the company.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Patel Engineering Limited is a construction company undertaking engineering as well as civil construction projects. The company is involved in segments including real estate and engineering procurement.
