The area offered for sale is 14.75 lakh sq ft and the value of the area offered for sale is 5,176.43 Cr.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company has reported a revenue of 7,690.61 Cr in FY22 to 8,754.44 Cr in FY23, accompanied by profits of 237.93 Cr to 278.01 Cr.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-1174875452\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>The company has reported a return on equity (ROE) of 14.98 percent and a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 30.34 percent in FY23.
