shares of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/L&amp;TFH\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L&amp;T Finance Holdings<\/a><\/strong> were trading at Rs. 135.35 up 1.30 percent from its previous day close price and the market capitalization of the company is 33,410 Cr.\u00a0<\/p><p>As per the company\u2019s filing, on October 13, 2023 the National Company Law Tribunal(NCLT) has approved the amalgamation of L&amp;T Finance Limited (LTFL) , L&amp;T Infra Credit Limited(LTICL) and L&amp;T Mutual Fund Trustee Limited (LTMFTL) with L&amp;T Finance Holdings by way of merger.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company\u2019s revenue increased by 7.09 percent from 11,929.7 Cr in FY22 to 12,774.95 Cr in FY23, accompanied by increasing profits of 1,070.11 Cr to 1,623.25 Cr.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3561560865\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins
