The stock trades 1% away from its 52 week high.<\/p><p>In a filing dated 19th October 2023, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/SIGACHI\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sigachi Industries Ltd<\/a><\/strong> (\u201cSigachi\u2019) stated that Sigachi MENA FZCO, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, incorporated in Dubai, has announced formation of a Joint Venture (JV), \u201cSigachi Arabia\u201d, with Saudi National Projects Investment Limited (SNP) to enter the rapidly growing Saudi Arabian Market.<\/p><p>Pharma (excipients and APIs), Food and Nutrition, and Operations and Management (O&amp;M) will be managed by separate companies under the ownership of Sigachi Arabia, a holding company. <\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3165785879\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>A manufacturing facility is also expected to be built in Riyadh in about 3 years, initially to serve the local market and later, the GCC nations.
