CEO of GE T&amp;D India , said, &#8220;We are delighted to support PGCIL in the modernization of India&#8217;s grid infrastructure through the supply of locally manufactured equipment in alignment with the government\u2019s Make in India initiative.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-380737955\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>To date, we have successfully manufactured and supplied over 600 transformers and reactors of 765 kV class from our Power Transformer facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, to customers in India and abroad, solidifying our position as a leading manufacturer of such equipment in India.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company\u2019s revenue declined 9.55 percent from Rs. 3,065.95 Crores in FY22 to Rs. 2,773.22 Crores in FY23, accompanied by decreasing losses of Rs. 49.62 Crores to Rs. 1.49 Crores.&nbsp;<\/p><p>It has reported a return on equity (ROE) of -0.13 percent and a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 6.59 percent, it is making decent returns on its capital employed but is not making any returns on its equity due to the losses generated which is gradually decreasing.&nbsp;<\/p><p>According to the latest shareholding data available for the September 2023 quarter, the company\u2019s Promoters hold 75 percent stake, the Domestic Institutional Investors hold 16.18 percent and the Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) hold 0.59 percent.&nbsp;<\/p><p>GE T&amp;D India is one of the leading player in the Transmission &amp;
