As per the consideration, shares will arrive on the basis of the closing price at the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on the day prior to the day of the actual transfer of shares to the Demat account of the Lender.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Jaiprakash Associate Ltd has a total borrowing of Rs 29,272 crores which is repayable by 2037 from this 4,258 crores are overdue as of October 31, 2023. Out of the said borrowing of Rs.29,272 Crore, Rs.18,682 Crore will be further reduced on transfer to the proposed Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for which the Scheme of Arrangement duly approved by all the stakeholders, is pending sanction of NCLT.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-929583434\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Have a look into the company&#8217;s finances, the company\u2019s revenue decreased by 63 percent from Rs 1,953.96 Q2FY23 to Rs 1,895.51 Q2FY24.
