It will deploy these ATMs on a transaction fee basis under the Total Outsourcing Model and it will begin the deployment of these new ATMs in the next calendar year.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In addition to this, it had recently received an order from the State Bank of India, to provide 1,350 ATMs.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-1941850613\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>The company\u2019s revenue declined 5.68 percent from Rs. 1,771.87 Crores in FY22 to Rs. 1,671.27 Crores in FY23, accompanied by loss of Rs. 82.47 Crore in FY22 to a profit of Rs. 36.96 Crores in FY23.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In FY23 it has reported a return on equity (ROE) of 7.59 percent and a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 15.44 percent, it is making decent returns on its equity and good returns on its capital employed.&nbsp;<\/p><p>According to the latest shareholding data available for the quarter ended September 2023, the company\u2019s Promoters hold 65.52 percent stake, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) hold 0.01 percent and the Domestic Institutional Investors hold 5.28 percent&nbsp;<\/p><p>AGS Transact Technologies Limited is one of the largest integrated omni-channel payment solutions providers in India.
