The apartments at Forestville will comprise predominantly spacious 3-bedroom apartments starting from 1090 sq. ft. at ~ Rs. 1.87 crores onwards.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Looking into the company&#8217;s finances, Oberoi Realty Ltd&#8217;s revenue increased by 76.79 percent from Rs 688.59 Crore in Q2FY23 to Rs 1,217.41 Crore in Q2FY24.
