A significant portion of the proceeds from the sale of shares has been used to repay related party transactions and unsecured interest-free loans.&nbsp;<\/p><p>As a result of this repayment, the company become debt-free on a standalone basis by November 30, 2023. This marks a significant turnaround for the company, which had a debt of INR 1,373 Cr (standalone) and INR 3,140 Cr (consolidated) as of September 30, 2021.\u00a0<\/p><p>In addition, it has a large land holding of over 600 acres. Prestige Estate Projects Ltd (PEPL) and Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) are among its notable partners.
