On Friday, At 12:58 p.m, the company\u2019s shares were trading at Rs 1,379.95 apiece, up 1.53 percent.\u00a0<\/p><p>According to the company&#8217;s filing, the Sonata Software board of directors approved the Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in a 1:1 ratio, which means the company would issue one bonus share for every share owned by existing shareholders.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The Company has set 12th December 2023 as the Record Date for determining the Company&#8217;s list of shareholders eligible for bonus equity share issuance&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3383925657\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Geographically, the US generated 52 percent of Sonata\u2019s foreign IT services revenues, followed by Europe (including the UK) at 20 percent and APAC and ANZ at 28 percent.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Retail and manufacturing generated 36 percent of the company&#8217;s sales in the third quarter, followed by BFSI (21 percent), Healthcare (11 percent), and Telecom (27 percent).&nbsp;<\/p><p>In FY 22-23, Companies India&#8217;s business expanded by 26 percent in revenue and 25 percent in Gross Contribution (GC). Sonata&#8217;s Microsoft business increased by 30 percent in revenue and 23 percent in Gross Contribution (GC).&nbsp;<\/p><p>During the most recent fiscal year, the International Services revenues were Rs 1,920 crore (USD 241 million), a 29 percent rise year on year.
