This transaction has provided the company with approximately Rs. 11.70 crores in new funds, which will be deployed overseas to launch their new subsidiary in Zambia.\u00a0<\/p><p>Additionally, the company&#8217;s top management is going to visit Zambia on 09th December 2023 to incorporate the new company and expedite the legal process. The company believes that Zambia holds great potential for their upcoming projects.&nbsp;<\/p><p>According to the Shera Energy Limited report, the net revenue increased by 13 percent year over year, from Rs 338.71 crore in Q2FY23 to Rs 383.83 crore in Q2FY24.
