This contract encompasses operations at HCI in Ottawa and Consulate Generals of India (CGIs) in Toronto and Vancouver.&nbsp;<\/p><p>As per the contract, BLS International will continue to provide a range of services, including consular support, passport processing, and visa facilitation.
