KG to acquire 100 percent stake in it for approximately 10-15 million Euros.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The Target Entities are engaged in the business of distribution of medical and laboratory disposables in Germany. It has a market share of 25 percent with a Diversified product portfolio with 1,700+ SKUs across 300 product segments.&nbsp;<\/p><p>It has a strong customer base with well-known players like Dr. Reddy\u2019s, Enzene Biosciences, Syngene International, Dr. Lal Pathlabs, Metropolis Healthcare, and many more.&nbsp;<\/p><p>As of Q2FY24, it generated 56 percent of its revenue from Consumables like Centrifuge ware, Petri dishes, and others, 39 percent from Resuables, and 5 percent from others.
