The company has a market capitalization of Rs 244 crore.\u00a0<\/p><p>The company received listing approval from NSE for a listing of 50,60,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 on a preferential basis bearing distinctive numbers from 7383001 to 12443000 under the conversion of warrants into equity shares to the Promoter Group and Non-promoters. During the same timeframe, Net losses have increased from a loss of Rs 0.12 crore to a profit of Rs 0.97 crore.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In FY22, the company generated revenue from the Sale of Goods at 55 percent and the Sale of Services at 45 percent.&nbsp;<\/p><p>As per the shareholding pattern, the company promoter holds a 54.85 percent stake in the company, while a 45.15 percent stake is held by retail investors.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Felix Industries Ltd works towards environmental conservation through Recycling, reusing, Recovering, and reducing.
