The company has a market capitalization of Rs 279 crore.\u00a0<\/p><p>According to the company\u2019s exchange filing, The company released a letter of offer for delisting their shares from the stock exchange. The delisting offer will be available from December 26, 2023, until April 8, 2024. The last date for verifying and accepting shares by the acquirer is April 18, 2024.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The Company has a Paid-up Capital of Rs. 87,27,38,188, divided into 8,72,72,255 Equity Shares with a Face Value of Rs 10\/- each.
