Lal is Additional Secretary, Department of Drinking Water &#038; Sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti.<\/p>\n<p>Pankaj Jain, Additional Secretary, Department of Financial Services has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum &#038; Natural Gas.<\/p>\n<p>Vini Mahajan has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti.
