Within a few minutes of the opening bell, the shares clocked 5 percent upper circuit at Rs. 99.72 apiece.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Such bullish movement in the share price was observed after the company in an exchange filing announced that they had signed an MOU at the Vibrant Gujarat 2024 Summit for the purpose of growth and expansion in the existing line of business of lab-grown diamond manufacturing, natural diamonds, gems and jewellery Sector with a proposed investment of Rs. 102 crores and employment of 500 people. Furthermore, the location of the project is proposed at Surat, Gujarat and will be commenced in the year 2026.\u00a0<\/p><p>Coming onto the company\u2019s financial statements, the revenue increased marginally by 1.5 percent from Rs. 20.68 crores in the June quarter to Rs. 20.92 crores during the September quarter.
