During the trading session, the shares hit a high of Rs. 160, gaining around 1 percent, and currently trading at the same price.\u00a0<\/p><p>Such a positive movement in the share price was observed after the company in an exchange filing announced that one of its subsidiary companies, UniHealth Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, had entered into an exclusive partnership with Fixderma India Private Limited, a leading Cosmetic and Skincare manufacturer.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Furthermore, they mentioned that this alliance aims to revolutionise the skincare landscape in Africa by providing seamless access to Fixderma&#8217;s premium skincare products, known for their scientific formulations and efficacy in addressing diverse skin concerns. In addition, the net profit magnified from Rs. 3.72 crores to Rs. 7.66 crores during the same period.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Due to increasing operating revenue and profits on a YoY basis, the profitability metrics of the company improved with the return on equity (RoE) increasing from 7.33 percent during FY 21-22 to 10.55 percent in FY 22-23, and, the return on capital employed (RoCE) zoomed from 9.34 percent to 9.54 percent during the same timeframe.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Headquartered in Mumbai, Unihealth Consultancy was incorporated in 2010.
