Meanwhile, a brokerage firm has issued a buy call on the stock, anticipating an upside of 21 percent.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-1635469788\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>The company&#8217;s share price has gained a multibagger return of 102 percent in the last six months and 15 percent on a year-to-date basis.&nbsp;<\/p><p>NMDC\u2019s operational income increased by 45 percent yearly, from \u20b93,720 crore in Q3FY23 to \u20b95,410 crore in Q3FY24. During the same period, net profit also increased by 62 percent from \u20b9914 crore to \u20b91,482 crore.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In the most recent fiscal year, the company reported a Net Profit Margin of 31.34 percent, while its operating margin at 36.70 percent.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-196121690\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>NMDC is engaged in the exploration and production of Iron Ore along with Diamond, the production and sale of Sponge Iron, and the generation and sale of Wind Power.&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>Sharekhan has given a buy call on NMDC Ltd. The brokerage has given the target price of \u20b9290 per share, representing an upside of 21 percent from Tuesday\u2019s trading price of \u20b9240 per share.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p>The company&#8217;s consolidated PAT stood at \u20b91,672 crore, showing a quarter-on-quarter increase of 63%, surpassing the brokerage estimate by 8%. This growth was driven by outperformance in EBITDA margins, increased other income, and a rise in the share of profit from associates\/JVs, as reported by the brokerage.&nbsp;<\/p><p>NMDC&#8217;s EBITDA per tonne witnessed a 42% quarter-on-quarter surge to \u20b91,762, surpassing the brokerage estimate by 7%. This positive trend was attributed to higher realizations from iron ore and reduced costs.
