In the past six months, the company\u2019s stock has gained more than 50 percent for its stakeholders.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-4118378122\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>With a market capitalization of Rs 18,174.42 crores, the stocks of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/ARE&amp;M\/standalone?defaul=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Amara Raja Energy &amp; Mobility Limited<\/a><\/strong> opened their trading hour on Thursday at Rs 975 and closed the session at Rs 993.\u00a0<\/p><p>The company\u2019s scrip witnessed an intra-day high price, also marked as the company\u2019s fresh 52-week high price, of Rs 1051.35, gaining approximately 8 percent compared to the previous close of Rs 968.50 apiece.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Such bullish share price movements were observed after ICICI Direct, one of the well-known Domestic Brokerages in India, gave a \u2018Buy\u2019 call on the stocks of Amara Raja Energy &amp; Mobility Limited.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-1318704732\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p><strong>The Brokerage gave a target price on the company\u2019s stock which stood at Rs 1,200 and the same represents a potential upside of around 21 percent compared to the prevailing share price level.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p>The Brokerage expects steady growth in its \u2018Lead Acid\u2019 business, export numbers, and aftermarket business foreseeing the present population of vehicles and healthy OEM sales volumes over FY22-24.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Moreover, the Brokerage is bullish on Amara Raja\u2019s steady entry into the \u201cNew Energy\u201d space (Li-0n battery) and took steps towards the same by entering into an MoU with the Govt of Telangana for setting up a Li-Ion Battery Gigafactory. The overall investment in the new energy business is pegged at approximately Rs 9,500 crores over the next ten years.&nbsp;<\/p><p>During the recent financial quarters, the company\u2019s prime business indicators, viz, its operating revenues as well as after-tax profits, witnessed positive movements.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The former increased from Rs 2,811 crores during Q2FY24 to Rs 2,881 crores during Q3FY24, and the latter, keeping the timeframe the same, rose from Rs 214 crores to Rs 240 crores.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In addition to the above, the company\u2019s ratio analysis portrays its return ratios, viz, the return on equity (RoE) as well as the return on capital employed (RoCE), exhibited a jump in the numbers.
