space applications, and plans to develop low-cost processes and techniques for the production of industrial explosives.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Further, PIL is committed to enhancing its capacities for missile integration and meeting the full requirements of ISRO\u2019s strap-on motors.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Lastly, it seeks to expand its market presence by entering into the export market for defence products and high-energy components.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In FY23-24, the company obtained a License for the production of solid propellant at Katepally Solid Propellant Plant to manufacture Solid Propellant of larger size for ISRO and DRDO.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The aforementioned greenfield project at Katepally, Hyderabad, is in about 150 acres, while another 100 acres of land is available for further expansion.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company\u2019s RDX &amp; HMX Plant is commissioned and started meeting the in-house requirement and domestic market, and is securing the orders for the overseas market.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content-10\" id=\"trade-3895422293\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_3_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"2969612066\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>PIL is expanding its product portfolio of Missile Programmes for Solid propellant, Rocket motor hardware, Thermal insulations &amp;
