Info Systems Ltd were trading in red at Rs 2,329.90 per share, decreasing around 3.57 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 2,416.10 apiece.&nbsp;<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Matter Explanation:-&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3><p>As of March 2024, Rakesh Kumar Verma, the promoter of the company, holds 2.3 crore equity shares which is equivalent to 42.84 percent of C.E. Info Systems Ltd, however, the promoter is likely to offload 0.9 percent in the company which is valued at Rs 114.6 crore. The transaction, set at a floor price of \u20b92,293.20 per equity share, represents a 1% discount to the scrip&#8217;s\u00a0today&#8217;s price of \u20b92,413 on the NSE. JM Financial is the broker in the deal. The IoT business is projected to grow tenfold over the next four to five years, while the automotive, corporate, and government industries will grow three, four, and six times, respectively.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company has a healthy order book worth Rs 1,372 crore.
