During the trading session, the shares hit a high of Rs. 1,499.95, gaining around 4 percent and are currently trading at Rs. 1,480 apiece.\u00a0<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Happened:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3><p>Such a positive movement in the share price was observed after the company in an exchange filing announced that it had received a work order from Eminent Paper Industries LLP, Kosamba for the installation of a 6 MW Ground Mount Solar Power Plant worth over Rs. 17.82 crores and to be completed within 6 months as per the terms of the order.&nbsp;<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Financials:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3><p>Looking at the company\u2019s financial statements, the revenue magnified by 194 percent from Rs. 93 crores during H1FY24 to Rs. 273 crores in H2FY24. In addition, the net profits surged by 800 percent from Rs. 1 crore to Rs. 8 crores during the same period.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-196214878\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recent Developments:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3><p>Earlier, the company received a work order from the District Panchayat Raj Officer under \u201cMukhyamantri Gramin Solar Street light Yojna\u201d in Supaul District, Bihar design, supply, Installation, Testing, commissioning of Smart Solar street light systems worth over Rs. 9.44 crores.&nbsp;<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important Financial Ratio:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3><p>Due to increasing operating revenue and profits on a YoY basis, the profitability metrics of the company improved with the return on equity (RoE) increasing from 7.20 percent during FY 22-23 to 18.88 per cent in FY 23-24, and, the return on capital employed (RoCE) zoomed from 10.96 percent to 22.74 percent during the same timeframe.&nbsp;<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shareholding Pattern:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3><p>According to the latest shareholding pattern, Promoters control 70.66 percent of the stake, while DIIs hold 1.10 percent.
